Principle :
This scales are composed of mechanical components and sensors of the weighing system and a weighing control instrument system. Main machine frame and material contact parts made by sus304.Including vibrating feeding for accuracy feeding and Fast feeding by valve discharge .Install with Mettler Toledo weighing sensor .The whole process of feeding, weighing and unloading loose bags is automatically controlled and self-locking.

ZLZD750 AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINE

4). Việc cài đặt thông số của máy đóng gói được thực hiện trên màn hình cảm ứng. Giao diện vận hành màn hình cảm ứng thân thiện với người dùng có thể giám sát toàn diện trạng thái hoạt động của toàn bộ máy. Tự động hiển thị lỗi và nhắc nhở phương pháp xử lý cho phép nhân viên bảo trì xử lý sự cố trong thời gian ngắn nhất.
5) Các linh kiện khí nén như van điện từ và các sản phẩm chính xác như màn hình cảm ứng và dụng cụ cân đều được niêm phong và lắp đặt kín, không tiếp xúc với môi trường bên ngoài. Chúng phù hợp để sử dụng trong môi trường bụi bặm, đảm bảo tuổi thọ thiết bị lâu dài.
